Kardi Yarta Cultural Park

Description:

As part of the $5M cultural Defense SA and Renewal SA project, a series of five art installations loop around the eastern side of the Kardi Yarta (Emu Country) Cultural Park encouraging people to explore, discover and interpret as well as learn about how emus are connected to the land and Kaurna people. The artworks are inspired by Kaurna culture and its aim was to embrace and communicate Kaurna dreaming stories and culture significant to the Lefevre Peninsula.
